Takehiko Ono has a breadth of knowledge of many business sectors in Japan and ASEAN countries. We supports corporate management through executive search and global business development in a wide range of industries such as IT, pharmaceutical, automobile, electric, chemical and others in Japan, Thailand and ASEAN countries.
He has 12 years of experience in the HR/Recruiting industry, which includes 10 years of executive search. He started his career as an investment banker in Japan and Thailand for 10 years, and 5 years of experience as a strategy consultant at IBM Japan. This included managing a BPO customer center in relation to BPR, organizational change and IT system development.
As a managing director of a recruiting company, he staffed foreign engineers to manufacturing companies in Japan from Thailand, Vietnam and China. He experienced other managerial positions of executive search and recruiting firms. He always strategically planned new business development in ASEAN countries through business alliances and set up JV and offices in Vietnam and Thailand.
He holds a master’s degree in management, from SASIN Graduate Institute of Business Administration of Chulalongkorn University in Thailand and a Bachelor of Arts degree in sociology from Chuo University in Japan. He speaks English, Spanish, Japanese and understands Thai.
